On Friday, Delhi University teachers led by DUTA took out a march from Mandi House. Thousands of teachers from various DU colleges participated in this march. Some of their major demands were permanent positions for ad-hoc teachers, promotion for teachers and removal of the vice chancellor. Protesters were stopped near Jantar Mantar by Delhi Police.
